From a garage to a city-wide trusted name
In 2012, Rajesh Srinivas — then a young engineer working at a consumer electronics brand — noticed something troubling. Customers were throwing away refrigerators, washing machines, and TVs for problems that cost a fraction to fix. The repair industry was fragmented, unorganised, and rife with overcharging.
He borrowed a small workspace, invested in a set of quality tools, and started VoltCare with one promise: honest diagnosis, fair pricing, and work guaranteed. The first year brought 87 customers — all referred by word of mouth.
"Our first customer still calls us when her appliances act up. That kind of loyalty doesn't come from marketing — it comes from showing up, fixing the problem, and treating every home like it's your own."
Today, VoltCare operates from a 3,000 sq. ft. facility with a fleet of 12 service vans, 18 certified technicians, and partnerships with 6 major appliance brands. We've completed over 4,850 successful repairs and sold thousands of new electronics — all while holding onto the same core belief: quality service builds lasting relationships.
